I last weighed in on a non-digital scale, fully clothed. Maybe it's just wrong. But that doesn't help the vertigo.
I NEED A DIGITAL SCALE NOW this can't be happening I TOTALLY DESERVE IT

I have a digital scale, but it's telling me my BMI has slipped into the 'overweight' category.
So not impressed. Either it needs new batteries, or I need to get my shit sorted.
Also: BMI is a totally fucked up measurement of health that doesn't take body composition into account. Denser bones&more muscles can artificially inflate the result.
